We collect only what we need to run the organization and keep the roster accurate.

What we collect & why

Discord account identity (to authenticate you and link your membership); your Star Citizen (RSI) handle and the public RSI profile data associated with it, such as rank and organization membership (to verify and maintain the roster). We do not sell or share your personal information.

Cookies & tracking

We use no third-party advertising or analytics cookies and do not track you across other websites. The only cookie we set is a strictly-necessary, first-party sign-in session cookie.

Do-Not-Track (DNT) & Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Some browsers send a Do-Not-Track or Global Privacy Control signal. Because we do not track you across sites and do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing for these signals to opt you out of — your privacy is handled the same way whether or not you send them.

Retention

We retain the data we collect while you are a member of the organization, and for up to 2 years after departure, after which it is removed.

Your data

You can view the data we hold via the in-app My Data & Consent page, and you can opt in to share — or request redaction of — additional feature-based information related to your Star Citizen account.
